These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to Abston Studio, a brand operated under The Luxe Life Academy (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing our website, purchasing our services, or engaging with Abston Studio in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Use of Our Website and Services
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our website, content, or services in any way that:
- Violates applicable laws or regulations
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Interferes with the security or functionality of our systems
- Attempts to gain unauthorized access to our platforms
2. Services
Abston Studio provides digital services which may include, but are not limited to:
- Shopify store design and development
- E-commerce consulting
- Website design and optimization
- Technical integrations
- Digital strategy and advisory services
All services are delivered according to the scope outlined on the sales page, invoice, proposal, or service agreement.
Any additional work outside the original scope may require an additional fee.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely project completion, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information and required assets when requested
- Respond to communication within a reasonable timeframe
- Provide access to necessary platforms (such as Shopify, domains, apps, or integrations)
Project timelines may be delayed if required information, approvals, or assets are not provided on time.
4. Payments and Billing
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
By purchasing our services, you authorize Abston Studio or its payment processors to charge your selected payment method.
Payment terms:
- Full payment or deposit may be required before work begins
- Payment plans must be completed in full according to the agreed schedule
- Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of services or delayed project delivery
Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes, processing fees, or currency conversion fees.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the custom and service-based nature of our work, all sales are final unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.
Once work has started on a project, refunds are not available.
If a refund policy applies to a specific offer, it will be clearly stated on the sales page or invoice at the time of purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials created by Abston Studio — including but not limited to:
- Website designs
- Code
- Templates
- Graphics
- Frameworks
- Systems or workflows
remain the intellectual property of Abston Studio until full payment has been received.
Once payment is completed, the client receives the right to use the final deliverables for their business.
However, the client may not:
- Resell our frameworks, templates, or systems
- Claim Abston Studio work as their own creation
- Redistribute proprietary assets or training materials
Abston Studio reserves the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios, case studies, or marketing materials.
7. Third-Party Platforms and Tools
Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms such as:
- Shopify
- Hosting providers
- Payment processors
- Apps and integrations
Abston Studio is not responsible for outages, service interruptions, policy changes, or issues caused by third-party platforms.
8. No Guarantees
Abston Studio provides design, development, and strategic services. We do not guarantee:
- Revenue or sales performance
- Business results
- Advertising performance
- Platform approvals or account status
Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including marketing, operations, pricing, and market conditions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abston Studio will not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Platform suspensions or policy violations
- Decisions made by the client based on our recommendations
Use of our services is at your own risk.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Abston Studio, its team, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
- Your business activities
- Your use of our services
- Violations of these Terms
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a client:
- Violates these Terms
- Fails to complete payment obligations
- Engages in abusive, unlawful, or harmful behavior toward our team
Termination due to violation of these Terms does not qualify for a refund.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
